HANGZHOU ABP INDUSTRY CO.,LTD is a manufacturer in China carrying out EPS and EPP Moulds production. The company provides service to domestic and overseas in moulds, with its wide and comprehensive operation field, technological machinery, detailed and functional operation equipment and experienced personnel.

Founded on 1986 in Hangzhou city with more than 30 years history of manufacturing experience in the EPS and EPP Moulds field. It has become one of the most famous EPS/EPP Mould manufacturers which from a small family runs a workshop with only 3-5 workers. ABP has always developed itself, followed the changes in the world closely and meets the requirements in its field. About EPS Mould and EPP Mould

Production Capacity

The Delivery Time can be decided after we confirm the drawing of your product/machine's mould dimension.

Production Flow

1.Design drawing - Calculate the buffer thickness and buffer area of the package according to the requirements of the packaged product and the transportation conditions, etc., and communicate with the customer at the initial stage of design;

2. Hand-made samples - Hand-made EPS samples according to the shape of the product and the point of focus;

3. Use manual sample and simulated flow environment or do drop test according to customer requirements to determine the cushioning performance of the buffer package;

4. According to the experimental results, the cushioning performance and appearance of the packaged samples are evaluated and corrected,until the final setting and drawing of the product;

5. Make wood type according to the drawing or packaging sample,and the characteristics of the EPS shape moulding machine to be used;

6. Casting engineering aluminum mold;

7.CNC machining, and reduces the amount of processing as much as possible in addition to the mating surface;

8. Assembling the mold, mainly the fitter;

9. Try the mold, determine the production process, and adjust the machine;

10. Check the product or change the mold until the customer is satisfied;

11. Cast multiple sets of cavities, one mould as many as possible to improve production efficiency.
